William Plato Cuyahoga County Administrator Files, 1967-1985

This document is a primary example of a letter sent from Cuyahoga County Assistant Coroner  John L. Blocher in 1981.  Its purpose was to inform the owner of John's Ambulatory Service and to give him an opportunity to correct the problems displayed in the letter.

To the right is a Cleveland police report that depicts the type of negligent abuse that was taking place on the part of John's Ambulatory Service.  The file itself contains numerous documents that detail incidents like this in order to terminate the contract that the county had with this company.
