Boarded up and abandoned, this is the Garden Valley neighborhood house. It is located at 7100 Kinsman Road in Cleveland.

Items were sold at the Neighborhood house at a lower cost for the low income families. Her volunteers display some of the merchandise.

Volunteers like Mrs. Floyd Stamps visited the Neighborhood house and administered preventative care.
