Once a vibrant shopping center, the Arcade does not have much activity. This picture was taken on a Saturday afternoon when the weather was nice. There are no customers or "window shoppers" in the facility.

The Arcade has intricate detail throughout the building. This picture shows the detailing of the railings that is attached to the walkway.
