Description
This site at 1095 Holmden Avenue is currently vacant and in disrepair. It is the focus point for a revitalization project in the neighborhood of Tremont. The surrounding area can best be described as an industrial center with many factories and railroads. Steelyard commons and I-71 can both be seen from that section of Holmden Avenue. A process has already begun clearing the land of debris and the lot directly adjacent to 1095 now has raised flower beds and a new shed on the hope of finding a new purpose for the land. The area is now the focus of re-imagining Cleveland and an effort is under way to revitalize sections all over the city.
