Photograph of a yard on Schiller Avenue that is in violation of zoning laws. On the back of the photograph a short article is attached: Neighbors are irked because the Zoning Board gave the owner of this property at 4118 Schiller Ave. permission to build a structure to house building materials. The board failed to notify owners of property next door about a hearing which resulted in permission to build non-conforming building.
